Miss Wright trained at the Royal Ballet School, White Lodge. Whilst there she performed with the Royal Ballet Company at the Opera House in both the Nutcracker and Anthony Dowell’s production of Swan Lake. She then completed her vocational training at the Central School of Ballet and Northern Ballet School. On graduation Miss Wright then joined Andrew Lloyd Webber’s production of Phantom of the Opera in Hamburg (Germany) playing the role principal role of Meg Giry. 

On returning to England in 1998 Miss Wright was a founder member of Ballet Ireland touring extensively across the country. She danced a large variety of roles including divertissements from Giselle, Coppelia, Nutcracker and Swan Lake. Miss Wright then went on to perform in the uk national tour of Phantom of the Opera. Finally completing her career with the Welsh National Ballet Company “Ballet Gwent” . Whilst there she created the role of Gwendoline in “As You Like It”.
